THE INTRODUCTION

As the owner and founder of Mank39 and Artee Noble LLC, I created this blog inspired by the ideas, writings, and philosophy of Voltaire. François-Marie Arouet (Voltaire), a key figure of the French Enlightenment, was known for his criticism of religion and skepticism toward government and society. He championed the fight for individual rights, free will, and scientific thinking. Versatile in his work, Voltaire addressed diverse topics like lifelong learning, understanding, and social progress that challenged the status quo. My vision for Mank39 and Artee Noble LLC was born from the spirit of his work.

This blog aims to encourage thoughtful, respectful discussion about customer experience as a career. While readers may not agree with all of Mank39’s ideas, the goal is to promote open-mindedness and consideration when engaging with weekly posts. Feedback is welcomed, as Voltaire believed in understanding the world through perspectives different from our own. Mank39 strives to share and practice ideas that are beneficial, efficient, and proactive for everyone.

Posts cover various aspects of building exceptional customer experiences, along with suggestions for improving leadership styles and customer service methods. The blog focuses on advancing customer service practices by spotlighting notable examples of strong leadership and effective service.

Mank39 delivers honest views, tough truths, and practical solutions, recognizing that no person or process is perfect—and avoiding robotic communication or functions. Any personal biases will be openly shared for transparency and accountability. The Mank39 motto is: “evolution equals survival.”
